Services

Psychotherapy

In the therapy room - whether in-person or virtual - the goal is to provide a confidential, comfortable space for you to safely explore what you need to. I aim to meet every client exactly where they are, because you know you better than anyone else.

Therapy has no rules, there are no right or wrong reasons for beginning. However, some examples of common situations that bring someone into therapy include traumatic experiences, life transitions, grief, relationship problems, difficulty coping, and more

Couples Therapy

Relationships can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to strengthen your connection. In couples therapy, I meet you and your partner where you are — with compassion and without judgment.

I incorporate the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that focuses on improving communication, deepening friendship, and building skills to manage conflict in healthy ways. Together, we’ll create a space where both partners feel heard and supported as you work toward a stronger, more resilient relationship.
